Last week I shared a sneak peak of a project I created and shared at the Stampin’ Up! OnStage event in Minneapolis. I was going to wait until the stamps were available to share more, but I have had several people ask for the instructions, so thought I would share them now, rather than wait.
It folds up and will fit in a regular medium sized envelope. Probably can’t mail, but you can certainly give to someone.
I started with a piece of 8 1/2″ x 11″ Whisper White cardstock and cut it at 5″ to get a piece 5″ x 11″
Score this piece at 3 1/2″, 7″, and 10 1/2″ — this will leave a little 1/2″ strip for the adhesive
And then, from the left over piece, I cut a 3 1/2″ x 5″ piece — this is adhered to the longer panel. Just place adhesive where indicated on picture below.
Now it is time to create! I used a variety of different products that I will list below all the pictures. The RIBBON OF COURAGE stamp set will be in the 2017-2018 Annual Stampin’ Up! catalog that comes out June 1st.
Measurements:
- Pacific Point layers on all panels are: 3 1/4″ x 4 3/4″
- Soft Sky layers: 3 X 4 1/2″
Each Soft Sky layer is embossed with the Softly Falling Embossing Layer
Ribbon is embossed on Pacific Point, using Silver Embossing Powder
Flower made using BOTANICAL BUILDER FRAMELITS–these are retiring–so if you like, order ASAP before they are gone!
Words cut out using the STITCHED SHAPES FRAMELITS–I use these ALL THE TIME!!! A must have!
Attach all the little bows with a glue dot–super easy and they stay really well!
Here is everything I used, with the exception of the RIBBON OF COURAGE stamp set which is not available of purchase yet. Items in RED are retiring.
