One of the reasons I like the Photopolymer “CLEAR” stamps is that I can easily place them where I want on my blocks, and then easily stamp them where I want on my card.

And….you can combine several stamps on the clear block at a time….for instance, for this card I used the stamp set ENDLESS WISHES.  This set has a ton of different words, and you can combine them in all different ways…

For my card, I wanted it to say:  MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU (this is a combination of 3 different stamps:

  • merry
  • christmas
  • to you

So, I took the stamps I wanted and laid them out on my GRID PAPER how I wanted them.  I like the Grid Paper because I can get them straight on the lines!

(and yes, photopolymer stamps do stain…but that’s OK–these are actually “clean!”)

Then, I just took my block and set it on top of the stamps so they would adhere to the block just as I wanted them laid out!

All ready to ink and stamp

But first, just to double check, I stamped on the GRID PAPER to make sure they are straight…you can tell  by the lines on the paper!

Once I have them how I want them, I can stamp on my card!!!

I hope this tip helps you…..I use my grid paper lines A LOT!  Definately a MUST HAVE when stamping!!
